This session — The Quiet Place: September Equinox — is a two-hour creative rest evening inspired by the Autumn Equinox, the moment when light and dark sit in balance. It weaves together grounding meditation, breathwork drawing, intuitive mark-making, a crystal bowl sound bath and journaling, led by visual artist Natalia Millman together with wellbeing coach Antonia Bolino. Research shows that regular engagement in the arts can nearly halve the risk of developing depression, and that even 45 minutes of creative activity lowers cortisol regardless of skill or experience.
