Our Teens & Adult Karate programme helps you to take charge of your mental, physical, & emotional well-being. You will gain powerful karate self-defence skills in a supportive atmosphere. You will enhance your focus & perseverance for success in business or work. Develop attributes that positively impact both your own life and those around you of you, learning the art of Shotokan JKA karate, a fascinating martial art of self-defence. Our classes are great for fitness, self defence, and developing focus. Our classes teach a great life skill and most of all, they're fun! Membership costs £60 per month, but you can contact us for a free trial class. Classes run in Garston and also Luton, your membership entitles you to train at either location.
