About the event Immerse yourself from 6:40 PM to 8:30 PM in deep relaxation and let the beautiful vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, the Reiki drum, and ocean drums create a space for you to feel and heal. I will incorporate gentle meditation with hypnosis suggestions to balance your energy and connect with your heart’s desires. Next, I will offer a few minutes of gentle Reiki healing to each participant while lying down in a supportive group setting. This helps balance the chakras, facilitate your energetic shift, and promote a sense of calm and reset. This workshop utilises sound waves to activate brain waves through Reiki and meditation, assisting in cutting through the mental chatter and allowing for deep relaxation. The cozy relaxation room at Verulamium Spa accommodates just 10 participants. We'll provide pillows, towels, duvets, and water, so please wear comfortable clothing. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
