My approach As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, I accommodate and support your own unique and personal pace. You are the source of your own well-being and I am your guide. Need to Know

I have a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (DipCHyp) and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (HPD) and I qualified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner Certificate from the Quest Institute, Regents University, London, UK. I started my career as a beauty & massage therapist in 1996 in France, and I became a Reiki Master in 2017. Human beings, and in particular their well-being, have always been at the centre of my concerns. I was fortunate enough to work in a profession that allows me to stay in tune with this passion and to support people in their times of change.
