Overview
Small group classical Pilates classes at The Pilates Barns' St Albans studio, using the full range of traditional apparatus including the reformer, tower, barrels and chairs. Classes are mixed ability with progressive, adaptable teaching from certified instructors, so they suit everyone from beginners to experienced Pilates fans looking to build strength, posture and mobility. Groups are kept intimate at 3–8 people in a calm, friendly studio with no loud music. A single class is £35, with class passes and monthly memberships also available.
