Our karate classes provide a safe place for your junior to have fun and be themselves whilst developing karate self defence and life-skills. The skills they develop and the exercises we teach will help kids and teenagers develop good judgement, mental fortitude and physical strength. Our Juniors classes are great for fitness, flexibility, developing focus and self defence. Our classes teach a great life skill and most of all, they're fun! Membership costs £60 per month, but you can contact us for a free trial class. Classes run in Garston and also Luton, your membership entitles you to train at either location.
