Who We Are
I was a Zumba enthusiast for 8 years before training to be an instructor, so I think I know what makes a class pop!
But even though I've been dancing for years, I still remember how important it is to feel welcome in a class, how important the camraderie is and how important the music is too. So these are all things that I focus on in my Saturday morning class in Fleetville. This class will get you fit, it will be fun, it will be friendly and you will put in some great moves.
Who is it for?
Zumba is pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.
You don't have to be super fit when you join this class, I've got 5 star ratings from people who are only just starting their fitness journey, as well as 5 star ratings from those that are more experienced and who are Zumba aficionados. The most important thing is to come ready to move and have fun!
