Who We Are
YOU Sauna Hitchin is a modern, independent sauna and cold plunge studio in Hitchin, built for recovery, relaxation and meaningful downtime. Drop-in sessions are kept small, limited to 8–10 people, with full access to the traditional sauna, cold plunge, hot/cold showers and a cosy alcohol-free lounge to unwind in afterwards. YOU Sauna Hitchin is soft launching on 21 September 2026.
Who is it for?
Whether you want to reset after training, switch off after work, or enjoy a slower, more social kind of self-care, YOU Sauna Hitchin's sessions suit anyone looking to feel calmer, clearer and restored. There's a women-only session for those who'd prefer that, and a quieter 'Silent' option for a more introspective visit. Private hire is also available for date nights, birthdays, celebrations and team sessions.
Need to Know
YOU Sauna Hitchin is based at 45 Knowl Piece, Wilbury Way, Hitchin, SG4 0TY, on the Knowl Piece industrial estate, with free nearby parking. Drop-in pricing is £18 for a 45-minute Reset, Silent or Women session, and £30 for a 90-minute Restore session; credit packs and founding memberships (from £49/month) are also available for regular visitors, plus gift cards. Tuesdays and Sundays are reserved for private hire only. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours beforehand.
