This workshop is for anyone interested in aromatherapy. Whether you are a busy adult, have sleepless nights that no herbal tea can fix, and brain fog that makes work a struggle, this is for you. In our 75 minute workshop you will learn how to use essential oils safely and effectively in everyday life, and you'll also create your own bespoke blend to take home with you.

I’m Jean, a professional essential oil therapist and pharmacist. I bring a deep understanding of how essential oils interact with the body, so each blend I create is designed with both effectiveness and your individual needs in mind. That’s why I focus on practical, personalised solutions: simple, do-able rituals that actually fit into your life.
I’m a farmer’s daughter, which means I grew up with a hands-on approach to life and a love of natural remedies. I bring that same practical, grounded perspective to every blend I create.
