Tatiana is a passionate Matwork Pilates Teacher and committed to providing her clients with a safe and enjoyable Pilates experience, helping them to feel better in their own body as well as helping them to understand how to take Pilates into everyday life. She trained with Body Control Pilates, whose accreditation is widely seen as an international benchmark. Tatiana offers a range of small group classes as well as private sessions in St Albans and Harpenden. The group classes are held at The Pilates Workshop AL4 9PU and at the Trestle Arts Base AL4 0JQ. Tatiana is also qualified to teach clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis and runs specialist Pilates classes for over 60’s.
