Who We Are
Moonbeams is run by Mandy Janes and offers two distinct classes.
The Beginners Course is a 4 week course that provides mum and baby with a gentle introduction to baby massage and will take a closer look at massaging particular parts of the body, providing a wonderful, fulfilling activity for mum and baby
The weekly classes are drop in classes and incorporate songs and stories for a fun session focused on baby's development and mother and baby bonding
Who is it for?
The classes and courses are for all mums and babies up to toddler age, with no previous experience necessary. The classes are informal, friendly and relaxed and very welcoming x
Need to Know
Baby massage has a number of benefits including promoting sleep and relaxation, aiding with colic, constipation and wind. As well as being fabulous for babies development, it also offers a chance to slow down and strengthen's the parent/ child bond.
