Who We Are
Mindful Artbox is run by Nishma Delaney, a qualified art teacher of over 18 years and a qualified sound healer. She combines creative painting workshops with gentle sound healing, running relaxed Sip N Paint and Dine & Paint evenings, seasonal art workshops, kids' art classes and holiday camps, and community sound baths across Berkhamsted, St Albans, Radlett and Wendover. Every session is designed to be welcoming and focused on enjoying the process rather than getting it 'right'.
Who is it for?
Mindful Artbox events suit complete beginners and experienced creatives alike – no art or sound bath experience is ever needed. There's something for everyone: relaxed evening Sip N Paint and Dine & Paint sessions for adults, family and adult-only seasonal workshops, kids' art classes and holiday camps, and calming community sound baths for anyone wanting to slow down and reconnect.
Need to Know
Mindful Artbox runs sessions at several venues across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, so always check the specific event listing for its date, time and location. Evening Sip N Paint / Dine & Paint sessions are £35–£45pp and include all art materials; seasonal family workshops and kids' classes range from around £18–£40pp; the monthly Community Sound Bath in Berkhamsted is £22pp. Group sizes are kept small (usually 8–12) so early booking is recommended.
