Who We Are
Heart & Earth was founded to help people reconnect with nature - not only for personal wellbeing, but as part of a deeper responsibility to care for the living world that sustains us.
With a professional background in corporate sustainability and over 20 years’ experience across global brands, charities and community organisations, I have seen how closely the health of people, organisations and ecosystems are intertwined.
My work brings that understanding into practice through guided forest bathing, nature-based facilitation and reflective practice for individuals and teams.
Who is it for?
Heart & Earth offers small-group and individual forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) and nature-based reflection for people seeking space, perspective and steadier thinking in the midst of full lives. Sessions combine slow, sensory immersion in nature with gentle, facilitated prompts.
The intention is not escape, but clarity - creating the conditions to step back, notice more fully and reconnect with what matters to you. These sessions are particularly suited to:
Women seeking reflective space alongside work and family life
Individuals experiencing periods of change or uncertainty
Professionals navigating pressure, transition or decision-making
People who value thoughtful, well-held environments over high-energy activities
Groups are intentionally kept small to maintain depth, calm and quality of attention.
Need to Know
I have been a gardener for more than two decades and, in 2020, set a personal goal to plant 100 trees to mark the new decade. I began by volunteering with Trees for Cities, planting trees in East London, and later planted trees in my own garden while supporting reforestation at the Heart of England Forest.
I have also helped establish a local residents’ eco group, Sustainable Three Rivers CIC, which has created a thriving community garden supported by volunteers and local subscribers and a public art competition celebrating nature now features permanent community artworks in my local town.
