Who We Are

Welcome to Fensom's Gym, a small and friendly Muay Thai gym based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Our head coach, Dave Fensom, is a former ISKA Intercontinental Champion with over 22 years of experience in Muay Thai. At Fensom's Gym, we welcome everyone regardless of their experience level, from complete beginners to WBC national champions and world title challengers. Our goal is to provide a supportive and challenging environment for our students to grow and achieve their goals. Join us today and become part of our awesome family.

Who is it for?

We have programmes for everyone! Muay Thai Fundamentals is for complete beginners who want to learn the basic techniques of Muay Thai and improve their fitness. Intermediates is for those who have completed the fundamentals programme or have previous Muay Thai experience. We focus on advanced techniques and sparring. Fight Team Training is a programme for experienced fighters who want to compete at a national or international level. We offer one-on-one coaching and advanced training techniques. Ladies Only - a programme specifically designed for ladies, delivering top class training at all levels.

The coaching staff include professional fighters like Benjamin Etheridge and Frank Bates and the Head Coach, Dave Fensom, is the former ISKA Intercontinental Super-Featherweight Champion and has coached many fighters to national and international success!
