Who We Are

My name is Fadia and I’m a foodie from Lebanon! I teach cooking classes at Oaklands college, I write about food on Instagram, I run a supper club celebrating Lebanese cuisine and during lockdown I streamed online cook-along lessons. And now, I'm running private cookery workshops taking place in your kitchen or mine! Lebanese cuisine is a rich, delightful fusion of taste, aroma and texture that mirrors it's rich cultural history. Lebanon is at the heart of the Middle East on the Mediterranean coast, and over the centuries, home to several different civilisations, including the Ottoman empire and for a while, French administration. This has resulted in a unique cooking style that is unique and internationally recognised. So join me, and let me teach you, and your friends, how to cook up a Lebanese feast!

Who is it for?

You don't have to be an experienced cook, but it helps if you love food! If you are already familiar with Lebanese cuisine - great. If not, just bring a sense of curiosity and adventure. I will guide you through all the techniques required to make our feast and also supply ingredients. You just need to provide the kitchen, the pots and pans and any friends if you want them to join in too.
