Who We Are

At Balanced with Becs, I create workshops and retreats that help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come out of constant stress mode. These spaces are designed for women who are mentally overloaded, emotionally exhausted, and tired of feeling like they always have to keep pushing through. Through nervous system support, stress and hormone education, grounding practices, and practical wellbeing tools, my workshops help women better understand their bodies and feel more calm, clear, and supported in everyday life. Everything is designed to feel simple, welcoming, and realistic, because support should fit into real life, not add more pressure to it. Upcoming sessions: Unwind & Reset — A women-only, small group experience designed to help you step out of overwhelm and into a deeply regulated state. Each session is limited to just 3 women, allowing for a calm, personal atmosphere with gentle guidance and optional hands-on support throughout. You'll be taken through slow, grounding movement, followed by deeply restorative yoga nidra, calming aromatherapy, and a soothing sound bath, supporting your body to fully switch off and reset. Sessions are held in our private garden studio. All equipment and herbal tea are provided. Who is it for?

These workshops and retreats are for women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. The women carrying the mental load. The women who struggle to switch off. The women whose bodies are showing signs that stress has been running the show for too long. Whether you're experiencing: Chronic stress and overwhelm Burnout and exhaustion Anxiety and feeling constantly "on" Poor sleep Brain fog and emotional fatigue Stress-related hormone symptoms like PMS, irregular periods, acne, or heavy periods This space is for you.

Need to Know

I'm Becca, a registered nurse, women's health practitioner, yoga teacher and founder of Balanced with Becs. My work focuses on the connection between chronic stress, the nervous system, and hormone health, helping women understand how stress impacts both their mind and body. These workshops and retreats combine education, practical tools, and supportive experiences that help women feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves again. This isn't about perfection or "doing wellness properly." It's about creating space to slow down, breathe, and support your body in a way that feels realistic, achievable, and sustainable.
