Overview
A women-only, small group experience designed to help you step out of overwhelm and into a deeply regulated state. Each session is limited to just 3 women, allowing for a calm, personal atmosphere with gentle guidance and optional hands-on support throughout. You'll be taken through slow, grounding movement, followed by deeply restorative yoga nidra, calming aromatherapy, and a soothing sound bath, supporting your body to fully switch off and reset. Sessions are held in our private garden studio. All equipment and herbal tea are provided. Location: Balance Garden Studio, AL5 3LZ Time: 19:30–20:45
