Overview
With a roster of coaches who have fought at a high level, this class is about putting into practice what you've learned in our other martial arts classes. This class can be taken as a stand alone class, but it also makes a perfect complementary class to our other martial arts classes (boxing fundamentals, boxing and muay thai) This class is for you if you are specifically interested in sparring, and want to do more than just hit bags and pads - and that's not everyone!
