What can I expect at a Sound Meditations/Sound Bath? You bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else that makes you feel comfortable and at ease laying down. The space is lit with fairy lights and candles to create a relaxing environment and i start each session with a guided meditation using voice to help everyone to get into a relaxed state and set an intention for the session. I then play intuitively followed by silence before bringing everyone back with my voice. At the end there is gently music playing, we share dark chocolate to help ground and there are always oracle cards if anyone feels drawn to explore those. There is time to debrief, ask any questions or just float home - whatever feels right for the individual. Do I need to prepare or have any experience? Absolutely no experience is necessary for any of my work - just an openness and willingness to receive.
