Overview
A mindful afternoon combining movement and creativity in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, run in collaboration with Berkhamsted Pilates. You'll start with a 45 minute Pilates session designed to release tension, improve mobility and help you reconnect with your body, followed by refreshments and a 1 hour guided watercolour workshop in a calm, supportive space.
