Come join me at my May Half Term Pet Plaque Mosaic Workshop and create a unique handmade design to cherish! A creative and fun afternoon for any craft loving young people who enjoy exploring new mediums. Perfect for ages 8+ years. There will be 4 dog and 4 cat templates to choose from or you may want to select a blank template and design your own pet plaque design! Hamster, guinea pig or fish, the choice is yours! My 2 and a half hour workshop will provide participants with a great insight into the mosaic making process, from creating the design using professional tile making tools to choosing tesserae from my vast selection of beautiful glass mosaic tiles. On completion of the tile work you will then learn the process of grouting and if time permits within the workshop you'll get to grout your design and take your mosaic design home complete. If you don't get to the grouting stage, that's no probs you'll be given everything you need to complete your piece at home. So come and create something lush and unique and enjoy a creative afternoon this half term. Come on your own or come with friends, we'll have some tunes on and there will be drinks and biccies to keep them going throughout 🙂 Children and young people will be dropped off and parents can enjoy a few hours off. If however you'd like to participate parents are you're more than welcome to also book themselves on to the workshop.
