Melanie, Mark and I will take turns to guide you through the hours in a deep meditative state with 5 gongs as the central core of sound scape plus Himalayan, crystal bowls and percussion to assist with entering into and out of the Gong ceremony. We are so excited to be coming together to celebrate the Autumn Equinox together and hold space for you in this way, as far as we know this is a first for St Albans and we would love you to share it with you.
