Overview
Sling is a loop of silky fabric suspended in the air. A little like aerial silks, but without that pesky need to climb! Aerial sling classes focus on poses, transitions, and maybe even the occasional drop for those who like to start their Sundays with a bit of an adrenaline kick with this aerial dance form. Great for developing core strength, improving flexibility and a fun aerobic challenge in 2024.
