Trapeze for beginners

Service Description

The trapeze - the original big-top circus apparatus dating back to the 1800s! While we don't teach flying trapeze, don't be fooled by the 'static' - you'll be moving around the equipment to make shapes and explore transitions - all while building strength and coordination. No need to know how to climb - most of our trapeze bars are easily reachable when standing on on a crash mat. Great for developing core strength, improving flexibility and a fun aerobics challenge in 2024.
