Join us for a women only 90-minute experience where scent meets science, designed to help you understand your body’s stress response and learn how to actively shift it. You’ll explore how scent directly interacts with your brain, nervous system and hormonal response, and how to use it as a practical tool in everyday life. You’ll then move into a guided nervous system session using breathwork, vagus nerve stimulation and your personalised essential oil roller to help bring your body out of a heightened stress state and into a place of real calm. This session is designed to help you not just understand stress, but feel a noticeable shift in your body.
