Our Teens & Adult Karate programme helps you to take charge of your mental, physical, & emotional well-being. You will gain powerful karate self-defence skills in a supportive atmosphere. You will enhance your focus & perseverance for success in business or work. Develop attributes that positively impact both your own life and those around you of you, learning the art of Shotokan JKA karate, a fascinating martial art of self-defence. Our classes are great for fitness, self defence, and developing focus. Our classes teach a great life skill and most of all, they're fun! Membership costs £60 per month, but you can contact us for a free trial class. Classes run in Garston and also Luton, your membership entitles you to train at either location. To book, simply hit the book now button and choose the date you'd like your monthly membership to start, or to organise a trial go to the trial class located on the main Shotokan JKA Academy page. You can cancel your membership at any time.
