Talk and Walk

Service Description

A Talk and Walk session for mums in St Albans every Monday morning. This is organised with the mamma social co. who started these sessions to support parents mental health and give them an opportunity to meet others, talk and support one another. It’s completely free and you can come every week, every now and then or just as a one off. You do have to sign up so I know who is attending. We meet 10am at Verulamium park- museum entrance, do a walk around the lake and end at The Inn on The park for a coffee. Parents can come with or without their babies/children. It’s just an opportunity to meet other parents and share a bit of support!
