Service Description

On this informative and creative course, you will be shown how to handmake and bake a range of traditional breads including a delicious white boule and other breads that could include foccacia, pizza knots or garlic buns, a sweetened dough such as Chelsea buns and a flat bread such as pitta. You will each make and take home an impressive bag of 5 different bread products. The baking workshop will be held in our Harpenden kitchen bakery from 10.00 till 2.30 and the price includes all ingredients, use of aprons, refreshments, a light lunch, recipe book and bags to take home all the goodies you make.
