Service Description
My pilates group classes are small (max 12) which allows me to effectively observe and correct each participant. All classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Beginners are welcome! Current timetable: Monday 12.15pm (The Pilates Workshop) Wednesday 9.30am (Trestle Arts Base) Wednesday 12pm, 7.15pm & 8.30pm (The Pilates Workshop) Thursday 8.30pm (The Pilates Workshop) Cost is £13 To book, hit the Contact Now button, letting me know which session(s) you'd like to attend.
