Service Description
With a roster of coaches who have fought at a high level, this class is about technique, strength and stamina. You should join this class if you're looking to improve your technique and become a better fighter or if you are looking for a great way to get fit and stay fit. If you are specifically interested in sparring then we do run separate sparring classes too.
