Service Description

The Pioneer's Little Wheels Club is a session on Saturday mornings for under 5s! The skatepark will be open from 10:00-11:00am for parents and toddlers to use our amazing indoor skatepark. All children must be accompanied by an adult, but are free to use our facilities during the session. Our Café, The Suet Yard, will also be open for drinks and snacks every week. The Pioneer Club has a unique place in St Albans' culture. The UK's first indoor skate park, The Pioneer Club was built by skaters for skaters, and it remains true to its roots today. Our club coaches are on hand to teach, encourage and improve all skateboarders no matter what age. Many of our coaches started skating at the Pioneer, and know what it's like to walk through the doors for the first time and are ready to meet and teach the newbies! And you might even be treated to a visit by one of our pro skateboarding legends who started off on our ramps. Skateboards, helmets & pads are available to hire. All under 16's MUST wear a helmet. Helmets can be hired for £1.50.
