•⁠ ⁠A L L • N I G H T • L O N G • I am delighted to share that I am collaborating with the wonderful Melanie of @clarityyogashala and Mark of @markowenward to bring you an All-Night Puja, which is a sound immersion taking you through the night, traditionally between 7.5-10 hours. Melanie, Mark and I will take turns to guide you through the hours in a deep meditative state with 5 gongs as the central core of sound scape plus Himalayan, crystal bowls and percussion to assist with entering into and out of the Gong ceremony. We are so excited to be coming together to celebrate the Autumn Equinox together and hold space for you in this way, as far as we know this is a first for St Albans and we would love you to share it with you. Places are strictly limited to 12 so please don’t hold off if this resonates with you. Mats and blankets are available but due to the length of the session, we recommend bringing pillows, covers and additional things with you to ensure you are as comfortable as possible for the night.
