Service Description

A restorative monthly Community Sound Bath held in a heated Yurt at The Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, with gorgeous views of woodlands, water gardens and the night sky. You'll be guided into a comfortable, restful position as the sounds and vibrations of the session wash over you, creating space for deep relaxation, rest and restoration.
