Service Description
Learn different boxing drills/combination and combine them with cardio and strength exercises. For those who are experienced, I will make sure you are challenged and pushing your limits. For those who are new, and maybe have never done anything like this before, I will guide you, teach you and help you achieve realistic targets that we can set together. My emphasis will be doing things safely and preparing for long term achievements and fitness and not overdoing it in session 1 and never coming back! I teach HIIT, Circuit and All Over Body Workout classes at various gyms in Hertfordshire. I’m also qualified as a Boxercise Instructor, enabling me to bring these skills into our workout sessions. I know how hard it can be to find the time and energy for a workout, especially when you have a family and/or a busy day job. So this is where I come in, I’ll give you that extra motivation you need in your fitness journey, to follow your path to a healthier you!
