Service Description

Great for developing core strength, improving flexibility and a fun aerobics challenge in 2024. This offer is for 1st time visitors only and can be used on any adult aerial class - hoop, silks, trapeze or sling. When you book this session, you can select any date. When you have completed the booking process we will then ask you which class you'd like to try.
