Our experienced instructors focus on foundational techniques, fluidity of movement, and body awareness, allowing you to build strength and grace while having fun. Thursday: 1pm - 1.45pm (Jersey Farm, St Albans) Thursday: 8.30pm - 9.15pm (St Paul's, St Albans) Trial Class £8.50
