Join us for Adult Ballet 🩰 Ballet offers lots of health benefits, mentally and physically. Our classes are for adult all ages and abilities and great for those wanting to have some fun whilst dancing! Develope your balance, co-ordination, posture, strength and flexibility ⭐️Bring a friend along if you like ⭐️Try something new this summer ⭐️and I guarantee you will have some fun! Beginner class - Thursday 1pm - 1:45pm Intermediate class - Thursday 7.45pm - 8.30pm Book your FREE trial class!
