5k Men's Social Run

OUR FIRST @milesandmatessta run will be 7pm, on Thursday 2nd April 2026. It’s taken a bit of time to get the date in the diary, but we can’t wait to see you all down there. 🏃THE PLAN: Please arrive at 7pm for a 7.15 start. The first run is a casual 5k around the city centre and Verulamium Park, ending @theverulamstalbans, to continue the conversations. This isn’t your best bet to break a record, set a PR (although we’d LOVE it if you do), this is your chance to open up about Men’s mental health, get outdoors, get moving, and feel good. Please sign up so that we can provide you with further details and so we have an idea as to how many are coming.
