Private 1:1 sessions are perfect if you would like to have a session tailored to your goals or you are new to Pilates. I also offer duet sessions which are great for couples, friends, or family members who want to embark on a Pilates journey together. You’ll enjoy the added motivation and accountability that comes from exercising together. Private sessions take place in the fully equipped studios in St Albans or Harpenden.
