Service Description

Whether you've always wanted to learn to run, want to feel fitter or maybe want to improve your self-confidence, our Beginners Course is here to help you reach your goal. ​A great way to get fit and make some new friends. You'll be on this journey with a small group of like-minded ladies, supporting each other to reach your goal. You'll have a dedicated, qualified run-leader who will be on hand 24/7 via your private WhatsApp group and will provide tips, advice and encouragement at your weekly running sessions. Everyone is capable of learning to run if they have the right support around them! What's different about our Womens Beginners 0-5K programme? Take on this challenge with a group of up to 12 ladies just like you Group chat to keep each other motivated & accountable Dedicated, qualified run-leader for your group Injury prevention advice & technique tips Free stretching and strength classes​ THE COURSE This 0-5K course is led by qualified run-leaders who are there to support you throughout your journey. The structure of the programme is one leader-led session each week and two additional runs for you to complete in your own time. After the course you will be invited to progress to our Improvers Course or simply to join in our social runs which take place several times each week.
