Silks class for those aged 18+. This class caters to a range of abilities and is suitable for those looking to build strength and acquire technique and form. However, please only book on if you can invert in the air multiple times and are familiar with hiplock, catchers and both figure 8 and dancers footlocks.Great for developing core strength, improving flexibility and a fun aerobic challenge in 2024.
